When we started in the industry, we had absolutely no idea what we were doing.
We went into it with big dreams and no real understanding of how we'd make it work, but we did.
And in our struggles along the way, we discovered a bunch of things that aren't as fair as we'd like them to be. Diversity is a big one.
As a POC myself, diversity is something hard to not notice. So we're changing that.
Diversity opens up so many opportunities to grow projects conceptually - our ideas are only as good as what we've experienced, so drawing in experiences from those we personally have is something we take pride in.
As we grow, we're going to contribute positively to the diversity issue within our industry.
