1. Introduction

By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services

We provide a range of video production services including, but not limited to, pre-production planning, filming, editing, and post-production. Specific services and deliverables will be outlined in a separate agreement for each project.

3. Quotation and Payment

• Quotations: All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
• Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due upon project completion before the final deliverables are handed over.
• Late Payments: Late payments will incur a 5% penalty per week until the balance is paid in full.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations: Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled shoot will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made before this period may be eligible for a partial refund.
• Rescheduling: Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done at least 7 days in advance. A rescheduling fee may apply.

5. Intellectual Property

• Client's IP: The client retains all intellectual property rights to materials provided by the client.
• Company's IP: We retain all intellectual property rights to any footage, edits, and final products until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, intellectual property rights for the final deliverables will transfer to the client, except for any licensed third-party content.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all information and materials provided by the other party that are marked or otherwise identified as confidential.

7. Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for those services. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country], and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Your State/Country].
